Important Information Regarding Our Internet Service Plans

November 2025

We are making updates to our internet service plans. A new plan, the Velocity plan, is being added to our lineup, the Starter plan will remain the same, and the Essentials, Active, Momentum, and Powerhouse plans will have new, lower prices. Beginning November 14, 2025, customers who are not currently on one of our standard plans will be moved to the closest matching updated plan, and the changes will appear on their next invoice. ZipLink Internet has been busy upgrading its network to provide higher speeds, more reliability, and more capacity with next-generation equipment.
